What makes Lynda's Home Health Care structurally different starts before care ever begins. Linda personally reviews every new client placement request. She speaks with the family — sometimes in person, sometimes by phone — and takes the time to understand not just what the care needs are, but who the person is: their personality, their preferences, the daily rhythms they have built over a lifetime, and the things that make them feel comfortable or uncomfortable with a stranger in their home. Then she selects the caregiver she believes will not only meet those needs, but will genuinely connect with that person. Because Linda knows that the right caregiver does not just provide assistance — they provide presence, consistency, and the kind of human relationship that keeps people feeling like themselves even when physical limitations make daily life harder.

She founded Lynda's Home Health Care to prove that a different model wasn't just possible, but necessary. All caregivers undergo criminal background checks through the California Department of Justice and FBI. The agency is fully bonded and insured.
