    You must be completely reliable — when a family is counting on you, showing up on time is non-negotiable. You must also be able to pass a strict criminal background check through the California DOJ and FBI.

    While prior professional caregiving experience is preferred, it is not always strictly required if you have the right temperament and a willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared.

    While professional caregiving experience is preferred, we do hire individuals with the right heart and temperament who may be new to the field, provided they complete our comprehensive training.

    What training does Lynda's provide?

    We provide orientation on our agency standards, specific training for conditions like dementia or Parkinson's if you are taking those cases, and ongoing continuing education.

    What areas do you hire in?

    We hire caregivers who can serve clients throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County.

    How do caregiver shifts and scheduling work?

    We offer flexible scheduling. You tell us your availability, and we match you with clients who need care during those times. We do not force you to take shifts that don't fit your life.

    What does the screening process involve?

    It includes an initial phone interview, an in-person interview with Linda, a rigorous background check (DOJ/FBI), reference checks, and a TB test.
