    1. Statement of Non-Discrimination

    Lynda's Home Health Care provides services and employment opportunities without regard to, and strictly prohibits discrimination based on:

    This policy is in strict accordance with:

    • The California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA)
    • The Unruh Civil Rights Act
    • Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

    • The Age Discrimination Act of 1975

    4. Reasonable Accommodations

    5. Reporting Discrimination or Harassment

    Any client, family member, or employee who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation by any member of the Lynda's Home Health Care team should report the incident immediately. We take all complaints seriously and will conduct a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation.

    6. Retaliation is Prohibited

    Lynda's Home Health Care strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports discrimination, files a complaint, or participates in an investigation regarding an alleged violation of this policy. Any employee found to have engaged in retaliatory behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
